Dan McGurrin

Dan McGurrin is Director of Executive Education in the Poole College of Management at NC State University. Dan’s 23-year career in executive development has focused on consulting with corporate leaders on the strategic development of their organizations and people, and his programs cover topics including global and project leadership, virtual team management, data sciences, managing innovation, matrix teams, and leading change. Prior to his academic career Dan worked at GlaxoWellcome Pharmaceuticals, and completed international assignments in Hungary (USAID) and Slovenia (Lek Pharmaceuticals). Dan earned his Ph.D. at NC State University in Workforce and Human Resource Education with a focus on Executive Leadership.
