Her experience and areas of focus include financial planning and performance management, program portfolio management, business and technology architecture, and deploying new operating models. Her experience over the last 20 has been helping clients navigate significant change events including mergers, regulatory mandates, disruptive technologies, and business transformation. She is currently focused on consumer markets and leading the firm’s effort around Omni channel initiatives and integrated services.
