Director, Customer Architecture Team
Tom is Director of the Customer Architecture Team at Box, focused on helping the largest, most security-conscious companies world-wide get the most out of Box. Prior to joining Box in 2011, Tom spent ten years in the legacy content and process management space. Tom is considered a leading expert on process improvement for knowledge workers and co-authored "Mastering the Unpredictable," a book about how to revolutionize the way knowledge work is performed. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
